Notice on the right of withdrawal
Right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquired possession of the goods, or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the goods. If the contract covers multiple items delivered separately, this deadline expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquired possession of the last item, or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the last item.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the returned parcel.
You should send the item back together with a completed return form.
The refund time may be extended if the customer sends the form without the required details, fills it in illegibly, or does not enclose it at all.
We will refund the payment using the same payment methods you used in the original transaction.
Returns of CASH-ON-DELIVERY parcels are processed within 14 WORKING DAYS.
The customer should keep the proof of return shipment and present it at the seller’s request.
We are not responsible for parcels that did not reach the shop’s direct address; the customer is obliged to track their shipment until it is received by the shop.
Please send or hand the item back to the postal address: CONTROVERSY SHOP, Poland, Łódź, ul. Jaracza 8, 90-268, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the moment you received the shipment. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery, or to a nearby parcel locker or POP pick-up point.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
