DELIVERY TIME
We know our customers expect fast shipping, so we do everything we can to send parcels out within a maximum of 7 days from the moment a payment is credited or a cash-on-delivery order is placed. In almost all cases, though, it happens within 24 hours.
We ship from Poland with InPost and Poczta Polska (for international parcels).
We deliver within Poland as well as to the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and other European Union countries.
Once we have packed your parcel and it reaches the courier’s sorting hub, you will receive an email with the shipment details. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the couriers — the only exception being when the mistake is on our side, e.g. an incomplete address.

DELIVERY METHODS
- delivery with prepayment or bank transfer to an InPost parcel locker (paczkomat);
- cash on delivery with POCZTA POLSKA;
- for deliveries outside Poland, the shipping fee is set individually depending on the destination country.
